Bagby and Hayes break MHS school track records
Two of the longest-standing Middlesex High School girls track records were broken on Thursday, April 27. Brianna Bagby broke Lady Charger great Anita Johnson’s long jump record, and Tiarah Hayes erased the 200-meter record held by MHS track legend Jackie Pratt.

Smith tallies five goals in MHS win over Cavaliers
imageThe Middlesex High girls soccer team dominated King William 6-1 and Northampton 5-0, but lost to St. Margaret’s School 3-2 in recent action to improve its record to 9-2-1.


Deltaville Sharks swim team signup is tonight
Calling all kids ages 4 to 18! The Deltaville Sharks are gearing up for another fun-filled swim team season. Practices start May 30 and the season ends in mid-July. The cost to participate is $40 for the first child and $35 for each additional swimmer.


MHS trackmen continue to dominate
imageThe Middlesex High School boys track team continues to dominate in area track as the Chargers defeated Charles City and King and Queen on Thursday, April 27, at the Syd Thrift Athletic Complex at MHS in Saluda. MHS scored 112 points, Charles City had 21, and King and Queen had 11.
