‘Rockfish Classic’ is this weekend in Deltaville
imageNo longer your father’s striper tournament, the Deltaville-based “Rockfish Classic” is introducing dramatic changes for 2010. The big news is a two-day Saturday/Sunday, December 4-5, format. In addition, entry fees are reduced $50 per boat, and the top prize increases to $6,000.

imageRegion D champion and eventual state champion Gate City swept Middlesex 25-14, 25-14 and 26-24 in the semifinals of the State Group A, Division 2 Volleyball Tournament last Friday at the Siegel Center in Richmond.
