MHS JVs defeat Lancaster
The Middlesex High School JV baseball team has had several games rained out, but have played three games and are 1-2 on the season. Weather permitting, the JV Chargers will host Washington & Lee on Thursday, March 28, at 5 p.m. at Deltaville Ball Park.

Allen Group, Ryman’s Heating/AC, and Doc Jones win tournament titles
imageIn the most thrilling game of the day, 4th-seeded Doc Jones Used Auto Parts edged 2nd-seeded Harrow’s Home Center 47-45 in overtime to win the Boys Senior Division Tournament title.


Little League Spring Training set for Sunday
The Middlesex County Little League Spring Training has been rescheduled for Sunday, March 24, from 1-4 p.m. at the county sports complex in Locust Hill. Food and door prizes will be provided at the end of the event.


MHS softball team falls to LHS, 15-3
The Middlesex Lady Chargers varsity softball team ran into a one-player wrecking crew in Lancaster. Red Devil shortstop Brooke “Hot Dog” Hudnall on Friday, March 15. Hudnall slammed 3 triples and had 4 RBIs in the 15-3 LHS win.
