MHS girls host Lancaster Friday
imageHow successful the softball season is for the varsity Middlesex High Lady Chargers this spring will depend on repeat performances by returning veteran players, said MHS coach Wade Traynham. Seven of the 10 returning players made All-Tidewater District teams last season.

imageThe Christchurch School varsity lacrosse team started the 2011 season with a convincing victory over Division I opponent Bishop Sullivan, 18-7. Eight different Seahorses recorded a goal and all the available players saw action.


Flotilla 62 offers free boating safety class March 19
The public is invited to attend the class and let auxiliary members share their knowledge and experiences, answer questions and teach about the water and safety requirements for boaters and PWC operators.
