MHS falls to Devils; to host K&Q Thursday
The Middlesex Chargers hit the ball hard but lost 11-6 to Mathews on Friday at Deltaville Ballpark. The Chargers stroked 10 hits off Blue Devil ace pitcher Ryan Ewell. “That’s the best we’ve hit him in three years,” said Middlesex coach Timmy Blake.

USCG safe boating class is Saturday in Deltaville
U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary, Flotilla 62, of Deltaville will offer an About Boating Safety (ABS) class at its USCG Auxiliary Training Center, 83 Ball Park Rd., Deltaville, this Saturday, May 11, and on Saturday, June 8.
