Wings, Wheels & Keels 2011
The collection of antique and unusual boats was a popular exhibit at last Saturday’s “Wings, Wheels & Keels” held at Hummel Field in Topping. In the past, boats have been a small part of the annual car and aircraft show, formerly known simply as “Wings & Wheels,” but this year the billing of “Keels” was added.

Back to School 2011
On Tuesday 68 kindergarten students at Middlesex Elementary School were learning the rules. Jennifer Holmes’ kindergarten classes knew that “give me five” meant hold up five fingers, each of which stands for an expected behavior—your eyes are on the teacher, your ears are listening, your mouth is not talking, your hands are not moving, and your feet are quiet.

Hurricane Irene Aftermath
A collection of photos from last weekends hurricane Irene. Downed trees & power lines were everywhere Sunday morning as well as lots and lots of rain.

After Irene
Hurricane Irene brought a torrent of rain and left debris and fallen trees overnight. Thousands are without power and many roads are not passable.
