The 69 seniors of the Middlesex High School (MHS) Class of 2014 will graduate this Saturday, June 14, in the John S. Clements Memorial Gymnasium in Saluda.

The ceremony begins at 10 a.m. and admission is by ticket only. Those attending must enter through the main gym entrance. Additional parking is in the field across from the school.

The welcoming address will be given by the Class of 2014 Salutatorian Hughes Todd Nelson.

Introduction of the commencement speaker, Ryan Blake, will be made by Class of 2014 Vice President Brandon Sjolie.

The Valedictory Address will be given by Class of 2014 Valedictorian Quinlan McHugh Moore.

Class of 2014 President Leigh Harrow will lead the Pledge of Allegiance.

The diplomas will be presented by school superintendent Dr. Thomas Taylor and MHS principal Jeannie Duke.

Assistant principal Susan Leggett and guidance counselors Kathy Page and Anne Baltrusaitis will announce the graduates as they accept their diplomas.

The senior recognition ceremony was held June 12 at MHS. Honor students were presented their cords; and scholarships and senior awards were announced. The awards and scholarships will be announced during graduation.

Recipients of the two highest awards—the Citizenship and Honor awards—will be announced at graduation on Saturday.
