MHS Homecoming Parade is Friday

Middlesex High School will hold its annual Homecoming Parade on Friday, October 5, at 5 p.m. The parade route will begin at the courthouse in Saluda, and end at the high school.

Each class at MHS will have a float in the parade. Some clubs from St. Clare Walker Middle and Middlesex Elementary schools also will have floats in the parade.

The MHS Homecoming Court, Middlesex Youth Football Cheerleaders, MHS Band, Relay for Life, and others also will participate in the parade.

“It will be a fun event leading up to the exciting homecoming game against West Point at 7 p.m.,” said MHS principal Jeannie Duke. “Come out and support the youth of Middlesex County Public Schools!

“Be sure to stop by the Chick-fil-A booth on the front lawn of MHS for your $5 meal deal after the parade. Then come to the football game and cheer for the Chargers!” said Duke.
