Local students graduate Chesapeake Academy

Sixteen eighth-graders received diplomas on June 4 at the commencement ceremony held at Chesapeake Academy.
Graduates who are Middlesex residents included Andrew Vail Dozier, son of Vail and Gwen Dozier of Wake, who will be attending Middlesex High School in the fall; Thomas Warren Euler, son of Craig and Jennifer Euler of Hartfield, who will be attending Middlesex High School in the fall; and Samuel Baker Keesee, son of Neal and Julie Keesee of Christchurch, who will be attending Christchurch School in the fall.
Keesee was awarded the Schroeder Cup, given to the student who has given his or her all to school life–academically, athletically and socially—and also the Salutatorian Award for achieving the second highest academic average in the eighth grade.
