Haunted house at Hartfield to be open Halloween night

Halloween night on Friday, October 31, from dark to 10 p.m. is the last chance for people to visit Hallowed Ground Haunted House—13 rooms of terror that send chills racing down spines—that is sponsored by the Middlesex High School Band.

The haunted house is at the Hartfield Volunteer Fire Department at the intersection of Route 33 and Route 3 (3309 Twiggs Ferry Road). There is free parking at the Hartfield Park-n-Ride or in the field directly behind the Park-n-Ride.

Follow the Haunted Trail from the parking field to the haunted house. Admission is $5 per person. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (not recommended for the very young).

A food concession and baked goods will be available at the haunted house.
