Duke is new MES assistant
Longtime school teacher Jeannie White Duke has been named assistant principal at Middlesex Elementary School. She replaces Deborah Wheeler, who accepted a position in Gloucester County.
Duke has taught school for 18 years, 13 in Gloucester County and five as a third grade teacher at Middlesex Elementary.
She has a BS degree from Radford University and a masters of administration and supervision from the University of Phoenix. Duke is a 1985 graduate of Middlesex High School.
She and her husband Jerry have three children in the Middlesex School System.
