Chesapeake Academy PALS program set for April 30

The next performance in Chesapeake Academy’s PALS Program is scheduled for Wednesday, April 30. Illusionist Joe Romano will combine magic and music with reading to bring to life characters from Harry Potter, Dr. Seuss, How to Eat Fried Worms and more.

Designed for children ages 3 through grade 4, the 45-minute performance begins at 9:30 a.m. at Chesapeake Academy, 107 Steamboat Dr., Irvington. Reservations are required for the free program; call 438-5575.

PALS events are generously sponsored by the Wiley Foundation, the Rappahannock Foundation for the Arts, and Target Stores with support from the Virginia Commission for the Arts.
