Chesapeake Bay Governor’s School (CBGS) for Marine and Environmental Science will offer “Hot Days—Cool Science,” a three-day, hands-on summer science camp for children ages 7-9, from June 18-20 at the Glenns Campus of Rappahannock Community College.

Allison Crittenden, a 2012 graduate of Christchurch School, is the winner of a $1,000 scholarship to study agriculture sponsored by the Northern Neck Vegetable Growers Association. Crittenden will be an incoming freshman at Virginia Tech majoring in agricultural economics with a career goal of working in agricultural law.
