Presidents and First Ladies are subjects of RILL course
The Rappahannock Community College Educational Foundation’s Rappahannock Institute for Lifelong Learning (RILL) will provide an intimate look at several historic personages in “Presidents and First Ladies of New Kent and Charles City, Virginia.”

Culinary class offered at RCC
Well-known chef Hatley Bright will be featured by the Rappahannock Community College Educational Foundation’s Rappahannock Institute for Lifelong Learning (RILL) in “Make-Ahead Meals,” a single-session course to be held at RCC’s Kilmarnock Center on Friday, October 20, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Fruit sale to benefit bands starts this week
The St. Clare Walker and Middlesex High School band programs kick off their annual fruit sale this week. Band members will take orders through October 23. Delivery will be November 20, just in time for the Thanksgiving holiday.
