St. Margaret’s student achieves top ACT score 
Saetbyull Park, daughter of Daniel Park and Maria Kim of Warsaw and a senior at St. Margaret’s School in Tappahannock, earned the highest possible ACT composite score of 36. On average, less than one-tenth of 1% of students who take the ACT earn a top score.

‘A Gift for Every Child’ is theme of CA holiday event
imageThe holiday program at Chesapeake Academy in Irvington is an annual gathering of students, parents, grandparents, alumni, and community friends that celebrates the season with songs, skits, readings, and more.


GED prep classes offered
Middle Peninsula R.A.C.E. Program will hold registration for GED prep classes through January 6. Register for free adult Literacy, ABE, English, and/or GED prep classes. The class period is from January 9 through May 31. Students must register in advance.
