Oyster Festival Legacy Program to present a lecture and a concert
The Urbanna Oyster Festival Marine Science Legacy Program will present a lecture and concert series that will be free and open to the public. On Wednesday, March 26, from 7-8 p.m. in the St. Clare Walker Middle School auditorium, Bill Portlock will lead a lecture and photograph presentation titled “Our Place, Our Bay.”
