Applications are now being accepted for the Horace Norton Memorial Scholarship and are due no later than May 16. Those eligible to apply are seniors who will graduate from Middlesex High School in June 2017 or have previously graduated from this school.
03.22.2017Average 3.1% raise proposed for county school employees
The Middlesex County School Board adopted a proposed $16,006,935 school budget for 2017-18 (FY18) on Monday, March 13, that includes a 2% raise, plus a step raise, for teachers and all other employees. The overall 3.1% increase in salaries will cost an additional $171,000.
03.15.2017MHS students win numerous awards at TSA Regional Fair
Middlesex High School students captured four first places in the Technology Students Association (TSA) Regional Fair at Benjamin Simms Middle School in Hampton on March 4. “Overall it was a very good showing,” said MHS coach Michael Pierce. “The fair went very smooth and the kids had a great time. We’ll be headed to state competition in Hampton this May.”
