RCC’s MT program has 100 percent success rate
A dual-enrollment program in the marine trades, offered to area high school students by Rappahannock Community College, has just completed its third year on a high note. “The accomplishments of these students,” said course instructor Rusty Bragg, “are a testimony to their personal drive to succeed.”

Citizen vs. High School: Obama speech required
By not requiring the entire high school to attend the airing of the speech, Beverley said she felt it was disrespectful to President Obama. “We are supposed to be teaching our children about respect,” she said. “Maybe I’m from the old school about respect, but I think respect is listening to the leader of our country.”
