Christchurch students to study erosion
Students in Dr. Dean Goodwin’s marine science classes at Christchurch School are collaborating this spring with students in Randolph-Macon College’s Advanced Environmental Problem-Solving Class in order to resolve a real-world problem.

Ware rings in spring with Bell Choir performance
imageAaron Ward, Ware Academy music teacher and alumnus, directed Ware Academy’s first ever Bell Choir in its début concert on March 12 at Abingdon Episcopal Church in Gloucester. Every grade participated in writing the school’s new Alma Mater and the students were proud to sing it in front of a sold-out show.


MHS FBLA students earn regional awards
imageThe Middlesex High School Future Business Leaders of America Chapter attended the JSRCC Regional Spring Conference at Hermitage High School in Richmond on March 12. The conference was presided over by JSRCC president and MHS senior Candice Owens.


Six new members
imageThe Gamma Iota Chapter of VA Alpha Delta Kappa is pleased to announce the initiation of six new members. Alpha Delta Kappa is an international honorary organization of women educators dedicated to educational excellence, altruism and world understanding.
