Students earn awards on national exam
Each year, over 20,000 students take the Intro to Latin level of the National Latin Exam. In order to receive a certificate of achievement, a student needs to score higher than the national average.

‘Ugly Duckling’ set for May 9
The Performing Arts and Lecture Series (PALS) will continue on Wednesday, May 9, with the Virginia Repertory Theatre’s “The Ugly Duckling.”


Kindergarten signup set

Ware: Learning about pollution
imageWare Academy eighth graders recently participated in a lecture and analyzation of pharmaceutical pollution facilitated by Dr. George DeVries of Urbanna. As preparation for the eighth grade’s Capstone Project, students were tasked with examining the various sources of pharmaceuticals found in drinking water.
