Rev. Robert E. Hipple Jr.
Reverend Robert Edwin Hipple Jr., 61, of Stephens Church went home to meet the Lord on July 24, 2010.
Reverend Hipple was an associate pastor and youth pastor with First Baptist Church Harmony Village at Locust Hill. He served during the Vietnam War with the United States Air Force.
He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Edwin Hipple; his mother, Annie Mae Hipple Babin; and his sister, Annie May Parker.
He is survived by his wife, Ellen Hipple; stepfather, William Babin of Virginia Beach; three sisters, Gwendolyn Daughtrey of Moyock, N.C., Sharon Koski of Houston, Texas, and Deborah Marshall of Richmond; three daughters, Alice Nastasi of King William, Anita Chapman of Manassas, and Michele Hollowell of Water View; son, Frank Evans Jr. of Carriere, Miss.; and granddaughter Brandy Hollowell of Water View.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 31, at 11 a.m. in First Baptist Church Harmony Village at Locust Hill.
