Mrs. Hall worked in operations support for the U.S. Postal Service in Richmond. She was the former postmaster at Laneview Post Office.
A member of Lighthouse Worship Center, she was an animal lover and enjoyed riding horses. She was devoted to her family and maintained deep and lasting friendships all her life.
She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth H. Brown Sr.
She is survived by her loving husband, James Frank Hall; daughter, Holly Hall Davis and husband Chris; son, James F. Hall Jr. and wife Jennifer; mother, Gertrude W. Brown;
mother in law, Catherine B. Hall; brother, Kenneth Brown Jr. and wife Terry; grandson, Logan Hall; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Funeral services officiated by Rev. Bob Robbins will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, November 16, at Hogg Funeral Home, Gloucester Point. Interment will follow in Rosewell Memorial Garden Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
