David P. Armstrong
David Paige Armstrong, 74, of Urbanna passed away on Wednesday, March 31, 2010 at Southcrest Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma, after a long battle with cancer.
He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Gaynelle Maxey Jacobsen; two children, Donna Johnson Edwards and Edward Laurence Jacobsen Jr.; four grandchildren, Jarett Wyatt Jacobsen, Lauren Paige Johnson, Christopher Ryan Tate and Chase Larent Jacobsen.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, April 10, at Urbanna Harbour Yacht Club from 4 to 6 p.m. Friends are invited to share a story or memory either at the celebration or in writing to be included in a memory book.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Middlesex Volunteer Fire Department, P.O. Box 71, Urbanna, VA 23175.
