Leah E. Goodson
Leah was born in Randolph, Vermont, on February 25, 1936, and graduated from Natick High School in Massachusetts in 1954. She married Joe Goodson of Newton, Texas, in Marshfield, Mass., on March 30, 1968. They lived for over 20 years in Virginia.

James A. Harris, 93, of Saluda died on May 24, 2011. He was employed by the US Government Armed Forces Experimental Training Activity (AFETA) and retired after 28 years of service.

Grandson of the late Mayor Lennon, he was born on February 13, 1931, in Yonkers, N.Y. He attended Sacred Heart High School, playing baseball and basketball. In 1949, he was the leading basketball scorer in the city of Yonkers. He enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1949 and received the Purple Heart for wounds received in the Korean War.

Patty Clif Lane Toms, 87, of Deltaville and Richmond, passed away on May 23, 2011 at the home of her daughter, Kenney Toms Cobb, in Richmond. After her family of five children said farewell, she went peacefully to join her Lord Jesus, and her husband of 63 years, Raymond Ezra Toms, who predeceased her.
