Ena Evelyn Noyes Phipps passed away Friday, January 29, 2010 after an extended battle with pancreatic cancer. A memorial service will be held at United Methodist Church, Smyrna Mills, Maine, on July 10, 2010, with internment with her husband at Arlington National Cemetery in the fall.
