“Mimi” devoted herself entirely to her family, which later included two greatly-prized grandchildren, Jack and Travis Montgomery of Richmond. They were truly the light of her life. We are forever grateful to have had her as our wife, mother, grandmother and friend—she was the absolute best.

Bernice White Honablue, 89, of Locust Hill quietly passed away Sunday afternoon June 5, 2011 at home surrounded by family. Mrs. Honablue was born in Clinton, S.C., to Rev. Willie White and Bessie Jeter White. She received her bachelor's degree in home economics from Allen University, Columbia, S.C., in 1943.
