Robert “Bobby” Hite, 79, of Gloucester went to be with the Lord on Monday, February 13, 2012. A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, February 16, at Bristow-Faulkner Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Saluda. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will be private.

Randolph Cuyler White, 99, of Jamaica passed away on February 3, 2012, at Walter Reed Hospital, Gloucester. A native of King and Queen Court House, he was born on May 28, 1912, to the late Reverend Lilbon Trigg White and the late Bessie Montague White.

Robert H. Faulkner, 89, of Deltaville died Friday, February 10. He was a retired funeral director of 52 years. He was a former co-owner of Bristow-Faulkner Funeral Home, Tri-County Vault Co. and Foster-Faulkner Funeral Home. Robert was a 38-year veteran of the U.S. Army and the Army Reserve and a WWII veteran.

And so, after graduating from Washington Missionary College in Takoma Park, Md., he worked the rest of his life as a biology professor, including several years at Middlesex High School.
