Tiffany Randolph Cockrell of Burgess, founder of Tiffany Yachts Inc., caring husband and father who was a friend to all, especially his children, died peacefully at his home on May 13, 2011. Mr. Cockrell was born July 16, 1921, to the late Otis C. W. and Fannie May Cockrell.
