Helen Williams Wheeler, 89, of Urbanna died November 1, 2011 at Saint Mary’s Hospital, Richmond. Helen enjoyed crafts, photography and art work. She also enjoyed creating doll clothes. Helen loved her family and many friends. She will be dearly missed.

Henry B. Scott, 75, departed this life Saturday, October 29, 2011 at the Prince George Hospital Center in Cheverly, Maryland, as a result of injuries from a tractor trailer accident. He was an Army veteran, member of the Immanuel Baptist Church in Saluda, and a truck driver for over 50 years.

Thomas Marvin Estis, 73, of Hartfield, formerly of West Point, passed away on Sunday, October 30, 2011. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Margaret Estis; and a son, Dwayne Collins. He loved playing golf, going to the river and talking to his buddies on his CB radio where he was known as “Hog.”

Virgil Alvin Sibley Sr. of Locust Hill, 82, of Locust Hill succumbed to his long battle with cancer on Saturday, October 22, 2011 at his home surrounded by his family. Alvin was a well known Chesapeake Bay deadrise boat builder and a Navy veteran. He was preceded in death by a son, Virgil “Al” Sibley Jr.

She is survived by her sister, Annette Johnston of Urbanna; her sons, Stephen Loxley of Florida and Vernon Loxley of Arizona; and two daughters, Missy Loxley and Alice Nelson, both of Wake, and their families including 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
