Clarence Allen Lockley was born August 14, 1925. He departed this life Tuesday, July 3, 2012. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest Lockley Sr. and Mary Goldman Lockley, as well as his wife, Annie Lou Marsh Lockley.

Kenneth Ray Belvin Sr., 64, of Topping, died July 3, 2012. He was preceded in death by his father James Bruce Belvin Sr. The funeral service was Friday at Mt. Gilead Baptist Church in Goochland and interment followed.
