Alvin Horace Norton, 83, of Deltaville, a charter fishing boat captain died Wednesday November 10. He was a member of Philippi Christian Church and served in the U.S. Air force during the Korean War. He was a loving husband, father, brother, stepfather, grandfather and step-grandfather.
