Lansing L. Fulcher Sr., 92, longtime resident of Mathews and Middlesex counties, passed away on Sunday, April 16, 2017 at the Masonic Home of Virginia. Born in Powells Point, North Carolina, on June 16, 1924, he served in the Army during World War II.
