Dollar General told to clean vacant store
Dollar General moved out of the store last year. Since then brown paper has covered most of the front windows and dead flies have collected between the paper and the windows.

Treated ‘gray water’ could be used for irrigation
Regulations for discharging treated wastewater into bodies of water will be so strict by the year 2011 that it may be easier, and cheaper, to re-use the treated water for irrigation.
