Wright named acting principal at MHS

Rashard J. Wright

School superintendent Rusty Fairheart recently announced that assistant school superintendent Rashard J. Wright has been appointed acting principal at Middlesex High School for the remainder of the school year.

Wright will continue to serve as assistant superintendent and have division-wide responsibility, said Fairheart. He will, however, receive assistance from the central office administration with his duties as assistant superintendent.

Fairheart said that a search for a new high school principal will start in March, and Wright will resume his full-time duties as assistant superintendent next school year.

Wright replaces former MHS principal Chris Valdrighi who resigned in January for personal reasons.
