Man arrested on 19 felony indictments involving children

Weeks of investigation led to the arrest of an Alexandria man related to the attempted indecent liberties with children. On January 23, 2018, a search warrant was executed at the residence of Richard B. Allison Jr. at 9611B Sandra Marie Circle, Alexandria, reported the Middlesex Sheriff’s Office (MSO). 

According to the MSO information officer, the search warrant was executed by members of the Virginia State Police, Alexandria Police and the Middlesex County Sheriff’s Office. Allison, who was home at the time of the execution of the search warrant, was arrested on 19 felony indictments that include: 7 counts of attempted indecent liberties with children (state code:18.2-370), a single felony charge relating to the attempted indecent liberties with children, and 11 counts of using a computer to facilitate certain offenses involving children (state code: 18.2-374.3).
