Downs is a write-in candidate for supervisor
Dan Downs of Hartfield announced this week he will run as a write-in candidate in the November 8 election for the newly-formed Harmony Village District seat on the Middlesex County Board of Supervisors.
Jack Miller of Locust Hill, a current Saluda District supervisor, is also seeking the Harmony Village seat on the board of supervisors. Miller earlier filed the necessary paperwork to have his name placed on the November 8 ballot.
Profiles and photos of Miller and Downs, along with their responses to written questions, will appear in an upcoming issue of the Southside Sentinel.
