Deborah Pratt is still the fastest shucker in Virginia
Deborah Pratt of Middlesex repeated as the Virginia Oyster Shucking Champion and Timmy Jenkins of Hayes was runner-up at the 52nd annual Urbanna Oyster Festival Saturday. Pratt also won the Women’s State Championship and Jenkins was the Men’s State Champion. The contest was sponsored by Revere Gas.
