The Middlesex Water Authority (MWA) is working hard to sell something that most people perceive as being free—water. But, getting good water in Deltaville is not cheap or simple. And the MWA is tasked with bringing good water to Deltaville, if the people want it.

Spectators lined Urbanna Creek to see the 12 decorated boats in the Urbanna Boat Parade on Friday, July 3. “Sea Quell,” captained by Robert Nordstrom, was named Most Patriotic Award. The catamaran sailboat displayed more than a dozen American flags, and flew a trio of large American flags atop its tall mast.
