No change, for now, in Urbanna’s ‘public access to the water’ law
An initiative by the Urbanna Planning Commission (UPC) to remove town code requirements for “public access to the water” and open space appears to be dead—for now. The commission deadlocked in a 2-2 vote on July 17.
