Public hearing on proposed Urbanna ‘public water access’ is Thursday
It’s been just over one year since Urbanna Planning Commission chair Phil Friday initiated a zoning ordinance amendment that would eliminate both public access to the waterfront over private property and the requirement for setting aside 20 percent open space “for public use.”
