Rape investigators still waiting on DNA results
Police officials are still waiting for the results of a DNA test that might connect a rape and a sexual assault in the Chase Street neighborhood to Donald Vaughan. The 19-year-old confessed to the rapes on December 21 after he was arrested for the rape and attempted murder of a woman in Baltimore on December 19.
