Will Smiley of Urbanna has been named the Captain of the 2015 Urbanna Oyster Festival, which is set for Friday and Saturday, November 6-7. A Lynchburg native, Smiley got his first real taste of the Chesapeake Bay while attending Washington College in Chestertown on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. It was a taste that has resulted in a lifelong passion to “Save The Bay.”
