The man serving 45 years for the second degree murder of Claudine Gifford was found guilty on January 4 of unlawful wounding of a couple in an altercation that took place just days after Gifford’s disappearance.

The Middlesex County Board of Supervisors recently approved a “memorandum of understanding” between the county and the Middle Peninsula Planning District Commission for the Middle Peninsula Chesapeake Bay Public Access Authority to create a master plan that will establish a clear direction for public access in the county.
