K&Q man to serve 15 years in prison
On April 15 in Middlesex Circuit Court, Anthony Montey Frazier entered “Alford Pleas of Guilty,” stipulating that the evidence against him, if presented, would be sufficient to sustain a conviction of the second-degree murder of Raheem Williams, 20, of Gloucester, and the “unlawful wounding” of Markus Hammond of Middlesex, according to court documents.
