End-of-summer push for saltwater angler registry
With the summer fishing season starting to wind down, Virginia and Federal officials are reminding people who have been or are planning to go saltwater fishing this year to register with the National Saltwater Angler Registry if they’re required to do so.

Lt. Governor Bolling: “Find ways to encourage economic development”
Bolling said the state is making progress with economic development projects throughout the state, but it does not appear there is much happening on the Middle Peninsula. “Is this because you want it that way?” he asked. No elected Middlesex official attended the meeting.
