Lightning strikes Boy Scout Camp
Lightning struck the rear of the main building about 11 p.m. and started a fire under the metal roof, said George Longest, chief of the Upper Middlesex Volunteer Fire Department in Water View. The 16,000 square-foot building, constructed in 2007 at a cost of about $2.3 million, contains the mess hall, first aid station and gift shop, Longest said.

Hearing on condo lawsuits is Friday
