Board takes no action on Tier III status for creek
The Middlesex County Board of Supervisors continues to have reservations over designating Urbanna Creek an Exceptional State Water, also known as Tier III or Outstanding National Resource Waters. Tier III status is designed to prevent permanent or long-term degradation of certain waterways.

VMRC to buy back 359 commercial crab licenses
