‘Pirate ship’ being built in Deltaville
Colonial Virginia’s maritime history is being brought to life by the Colonial Seaport Foundation Inc. in Deltaville. The organization is presently rebuilding and modifying a 47-foot ketch (two-masted sailboat) into a replica of a 1768 Virginia sloop.
