MWA seeks water system contract for fewer customers
The Middlesex Water Authority (MWA) voted on June 22 to direct its staff to continue negotiations with Sydnor Hydro, and also directed the company to develop a comprehensive agreement and design-build draft contract for a water system in Deltaville.

Elimination or reduction of area boat taxes continues
The towns of Urbanna and Kilmarnock also eliminated boat taxes within their town limits this month, and the Northumberland Board of Supervisors is currently discussing a reduction in its county’s boat tax.

Hall to be new president of Urbanna Business Association
