The Urbanna Town Council has invested in training its staff on the Bright accounting system, said Urbanna Mayor Steve Hollberg. “The town council is anxious to see a return on its investment in short order, as planning for the new budget year begins,” said Hollberg.

Middlesex County, the Middlesex Economic Development Authority and the Middlesex Economic Development and Tourism Advisory Committee have hired Michelle Brown of Urbanna as the county’s new Economic Development and Tourism Coordinator.
