Public hearing on proposed ‘nudity ordinance’ is Tuesday
The Middlesex County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 5, at 7 p.m. at the Middlesex County historic courthouse building in Saluda to consider adoption of an ordinance to “declare public nudity to be unlawful.”

Town makes plan to scare away black vultures, again
imageIn March 2017 about 200 vultures that had roosted in Urbanna were chased away by agents of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) using pyrotechnics similar to fireworks and by hanging a dead vulture in a tree.

Business/civic leader to lead Urbanna Christmas Parade
