‘Critical Harbor of Refuge’ status for Broad Creek
Middlesex County Administrator Charles Culley has been authorized to make a formal request to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to have Broad Creek in Deltaville be considered as a “Critical Harbor of Refuge.”
