Police have suspects in this week’s attacks
KILMARNOCK—Town manager Tom Saunders on Thursday reported that police have several suspects in connection with the two early morning break-ins this week in the area of Chase Street. In both cases, the suspect displayed a weapon and forcibly assaulted the victims, according to police.

The Middlesex County Board of Supervisors continues to have reservations over designating Urbanna Creek an Exceptional State Water, also known as Tier III or Outstanding National Resource Waters. Tier III status is designed to prevent permanent or long-term degradation of certain waterways.
