Delay sought in condo lawsuit trial
The attorney for Potomac Timber Investments #227 LLC, which has a lawsuit pending against the Urbanna Town Council, has filed a motion seeking to delay the trial set for July 26.

On Friday, June 10, the Virginia State Police seized 12 “large banker’s boxes” and three paper bags containing accounting records, bank records, accounts receivable and accounts payable records and personnel records from the Town of Urbanna administrative office, according to a search warrant “inventory” filed in Middlesex County Circuit Court.
